From the mountain valleys of Cauca, Colombia, this coffee is part of a program called Gran Galope—a community effort that helps small farmers sell more of their harvest at fair prices. Each lot comes from about 10–30 family farms, where the work is hands-on and deeply personal.
Every bean is grown between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level—right where the cooler air slows ripening and brings out natural sweetness. The result is a cup that’s balanced, comforting, and quietly complex.
