High in the hills of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, the Chelchele community grows coffee that’s as lively and layered as the place itself. Over a thousand small family farms bring their ripe coffee cherries to the Chelchele washing station, where each lot is sorted and naturally dried under the sun.
This slow process lets the fruit’s natural sugars soak into the bean, creating a cup that’s sweet, fruity, and full of character.
